Seems someone (possibly someone with pigtails >w>) sent Mielo a package in the post containing a bell collar and a note reading "The town needs a hero, you!". Confused as to why she's in a random house, Kelly shrugs it off and goes off to fight crime and chill with her, well, Mielo's friends =p
