|| Species :The character is a drotter (Dragon - Otter, some mix of the two!)
|| References : Now here's the physical description:
He’s quite short, due to being an otter. (~4’9”)
Although he is short, his strength is impressive for a being his size! Though it’s far from equaling a dragon’s. He has small wings on his back, that allow him to glide. They are light blue and so are his scales, which are sort of patches on his shoulders, elbows, knees and a little on his hind paws as well as some on the tip of his tail, along with a small spade! The rest of his body is really more like an otter, having some fur wherever there aren’t scales! His fur is like a brownish color (Normal otter color, really), and he has some yellow eyes! All of the parts of his body that are more dragon-like (The wings, scales, eyes) glow a little in the dark, though it would not be noticeable in daylight.

|| Requires : Not much is required, though I would like for his tail to show at least a little in the image (Like not having it hidden behind his leg or something :3) Having him standing could also be useful, so that people can really get a good idea of his height and the patches of scales that look dragon-like
