He poked it cautiously, and promptly shivered at the sensation.

Elias had just worked off all that immobilizing fat that he had gained due to that feeding frenzy he subjected Luorca and himself to. He wasn't sure what had come over him, but the sergal warrior remembered that it had felt nice.

However, duty called and duty required him to be mobile. How else would he swing his weapons around in defense of those that sought his aid? But more and more lately he noticed the requests for transport, escort, and protection dropping significantly until he was lucky if he got one job per week!

On the other paw, jobs were opening up like crazy in the food industry. There were a surprising number of jobs opening up for taste testers, bakers, chefs, and other similar jobs.

Maybe it was time Elias finally retired from mercenary work? As he thought it over, he munched on his 28th gingerbread cookie in the last hour...
