All events and lives are connected. A surreal piece depicting the tenacity of life. Humans have done countless things that could be considered evil. We have wars represented by the tank. We harm each other and the earth. There is overpopulation and pollution symbolized by the city where some of the buildings are leaning and falling because of the demands humans place on the environment.
Despite all of our actions, and possibly as a result of them, the human species will eventually become exstinct. That's why the clock is backwards and has multiple hands, because we don't know what time it is. We don't know how much longer we will be here. Yet, despite all the harm we have done to the planet, the forces of Nature can't be stopped. The volcano will errupt. Plants and animals have the instinct to survive. The snake continues to hunt the frog or mouse.
