Xoe is a punk-rocker girl of mine. In some incarnations she has a Banshee somewhere in her heritage, others it's simply a matter of mutation.

Capable of controlling sound, specifically her voice but as her power grows also those in the surrounding area, Xoe is initially terrified of her power, and frequently loses control of it whenever she begins to experience overwhelming emotion. Eventually gaining control of this power, most of the time, Xoe begins to use her power to augment her shows, and on occasion helps fight crime if the fancy hits her.

Overall pretty happy with this. Slight issues with it aside, I am pleased with the Feel of this, I was finally able to portray Xoe the way I imagine her.
