I've actually never had to ship anything but an envelope, but I think the starting point is around 20 dollars depending on where you live. Since I didn't realize shipping was so high, the price might increase at least some. My head is about 23 inches around and it fits comfortably.
Where would you be shipping from? I'm in Chicago, IL if that helps (60625 for the zip code if you want to calculate it on USPS.com). Priority boxes can be pretty cheap to pick up and the shipping cost shouldn't be too high since it's less than 70 lbs. :3c I don't mind if you have to squish it into a box for it to fit! haha
