Some kinda weird critter. I tried to make an actual pretty color scheme!

He's from a weird setting I'm probably not ever going to do anything with. Standard weird furry-world. But, one day, thousands of people just vanished. They reappeared soon, but with electronic doodads attached to them, like this guy. They got fancy electrical superpowers, but it makes that meter run down. If it hits zero, they just die. Oh, and it's slowly counting down anyway. They kind of have to "recharge".
