I'm going to blow your mind.... BUT nitrogen shouldn't do that any more then Helium would! The fact is YES it would freeze you... but so would helium! Those pressure cans that blast out COLD air, its just air! Its the decompression that makes it COLD! Helium tanks don't tend to freeze things MUCH because they are actually lower pressure I believe AND helium has less mass which makes it easier to heat up... and.... err... ummm... I'm over doing it a bit!
