It's that time of year I guess when everyone's feelin icky, me and sis are at the same time though differently i think

i have no idea what it is but considering my head hurts, an hour ago i was freezing and now in the same room and clothes im overheating, im betting its ho
there is a workout schedualed tommorow, lucky thing is, when I feel yuck, i feel yuck nights, like 3 nights now, yet the days im great my bodies wierd

you sometimes feel your in a deep freeze as well even under the covers oh my gosh I get those too only in spring n fall and sometimes winter like a constant running fever, I hope ya feel much better cause I know how that is and makes everything so much more yucky indeed, do you by any chance have any arthritis or joint pains especially in colder weather.

It is most definitely the time of year to get down with the sickness. I've been lucky so far, but I think it is likely a combination of Flue Shot and Pneumonia Shot. I also have a terrible history of how when I get sick I get epic sick. Like down for the count for days. :(
I do hope if you have ailed from a cold that you are feeling better. I'm also hopeful others you know are getting well and on track to a New Year of Good Health!

I think I know the source of my ick no cold here I don't think, least I know mine should go away in a certaain amount of time though knowing me it won't I still feel ich now that's for sure

Sick kids are pretty much universally the same when they are under the weather. Less energy, sad, lethargic, and displeased with how their bodies won't let them do what they want to do.
My wife, with her "Mommy Senses", can actually smell when our son is sick. He tries to play it off, but I don't need eyes to know when he's under the weather. He wants to cuddle more while getting all comfy-cozy against you.
The drawing you did, for me, does well in showing two sick little ones who are just not happy with how they feel. They both wish they could be having fun and playing, but are content being close to each other knowing they'll get better with lots of hugs and love and their favorite footie-jammies. :)

Do you think the ickiness was from lack of sleep? Perhaps stress? Cold temperatures?
There are many things that can make you feel icky both mentally and/or physically. Knowing when and when not to use medicine is important for your recovery. It's also good to know the home remedies, like hugs and cuddles, that can make the recovery speed itself along all nice and cozy. :)
