Yep, mainly room temperature, which is actually hallway temperature, and since there is no central heating... It means COLD. LOL! That is what the sake and hot carpet is for XD

Just look at the size of those prawns! Ooooo! Not to mention the spiny lobster, crab, shrimp, and so many other WONDERFUL goodies!

It was quiet nummy. One of these days I am going to challenge myself to do these dishes.
I should post some other pictures so you can really see the detail.
There was sea cucumbers and shirako in the furthest ones. My in laws got very excited about those!
Kuruma ebi ( car shrimp?) are raised locally about an hour away. Sometimes you can even catch them in front of my house! .... And why don't I do that more often???
