Lol! It's not what it seems!
The turkey is a Christmas (also Thanksgiving) decoration, because... well... it is. Even says so on the container it comes in. ;P
And the "duck" is actually the robin from Robin's Donuts. He just hangs out there all the time because animal mascots from doughnut shops are awesome! :)
