Last of the outer senshi minimalist pieces.
Originally I wasn't looking forward to doing Hotaru's piece because there isn't really a great form of her attack that I can turn into a background or secondary foreground element. What I ended up deciding on was to incorporate the web-like dark energy streams of the person Hotaru sacrificed herself to kill into the background. I dunno. I thought it looked cool.
