happy new year everybody !!! 2015 sure was somethin… it had it’s ups and downs (more downs than i would’ve liked..) but let’s hope 2016 will be better !!!

tbh i think my art is def better than last year.. it’s a lot more grounded and i’ve finally settled on a consistent style that i’m comfortable with ! i feel like the anatomy and proportions are a lot less wonky as well.. maybe.. it’s certainly not as bad lmao

i’ve been drawing a lot of commissions tho.. the pics for june, july, and august are all commissions lol ! one of my goals for this year that i actually met was to sell comms and adopts for money. it took up a lot of my time tho, but i think it was worth it ! it rly pushed me to make more art and actually put in some effort, and i feel like my art improved from drawing so much (plus.. money…..) tho maybe i pushed myself a bit too hard ‘cause i burned out sometime in august and barely had any energy to draw for the next two months haha (the seasonal depression didn’t help either lmao)…. fortunately i was able to get over it !!

as for my plans for 2016, i’m finally going to start working on my webcomic !!! i don’t have a set release date for it yet, since i still have to develop the plot and stuff, but it Definitely will be sometime this year !! hopefully soon !
