1: Using blurred photo for background, for this kind of artwork, not ideal. A gradient background would do the trick better, still giving artistic dialogue but not distracting from the main subject

2: lens flare.... Ill be honest, I used to use it often myself, but the problem is that they look exactly like they were photoshopped in. Pic would in all honesty look better without it.

3: I really like how you did the hair. Looks flowy, and natural (see? critique dun gotta all be bad ;3 )

Anywho, that's it. Would love to give ya a few pointers on rim lighting but Ive probably stepped on toes as it is, so Ill leave it at that. Keep on artin'

Good rule of thumb, NEVER use lens flairs on non-lights. (I would even go to say to never use photoshop's lens flairs ever)It is an easy way to make something have more depth, but it never looks convincing. It always sticks out like a sore thumb to me.
