So This is secret piece to do every years of this year for those two couple who LOVE eachother so deadly and adorable.
But right now they are in Long Distance relationship for a 4th YEAR!. Wow, That's longest one I ever know them! :) I hope other year for you guys
grow closer each other even more <3
I think that you and I both remarked that we're surprised that four years had gone by since you said it was time for a change time for a new you.
Today I've been thinking about that, I've realized some things. You might recall me mentioning that I said I'm sad around this time of year.(Specifically, more so this year.)
People in my family getting engaged and stuff and being able to bring someone around them for the holiday festivities. What I've realised is that, I can let this bother me,
let it make me sad or I can be optimistic about it look toward the future and think about you. Think about what you would say in that situation.
Which I imagine to be something to the effect of "Keep your chin up hunny bun, we'll get there." and then you'd flash a smile just for me.
Something like the one or few you did when you brought that computer home asking my opinion on it. You were so excited to get in there and learn about it.
I was just giving you information but, that day made me happy. I even had a few laughs because the computer had me in a loop until I noted that it had
come out prior to me getting into computers. T'was an old one! I think we discovered it had like windows 98 or 2000 on it at one point. Anyway, back on
topic is I want to not be so sad that I'm away from you physically. We've gotten this far pretty okay. We've had little fights now and again but, nothing we couldn't handle.
Often times its the simple things for me that make me smile. Sometimes we don't get to talk very long, sometimes we talk for hours.
Other times we're both there but we don't say much. All of that is okay, its great in fact! Artwork that our friends provide (for fees of course,
have to keep our friends happy and fed.) Give me perspective, hope, and a sense that I belong with someone special to me. In this instance this year
I figured we were partaking in watching a few films after work being tired we both cuddled together and you fell asleep. When in reality on our skype
chats I'm often falling asleep on you due to time zones. grrr time zones! I wake up to messages that you've sent, those are nice. But, then I feel
bad because I did fall asleep on you. You don't seem to take it too hard though, that's just the kind of guy you are and the kind of trusting relationship
we've built here. I hate going to bed without telling you that I love you, sometimes I think you're tired of hearing it. But, I just want you to know
what you mean to me. That I do love you very much and that I hope you enjoy my company as much as I enjoy yours. I'm happy knowing that you're there for
me, and I for you. We're both invested in each other.
Friends of ours keep asking when we're going to "be freaking cute and meet up already" Both of our responses where that we'd get there, eventually.
I truly believe that we will. Just have to get each of us situated enough that one or both of us can travel, we're both pretty busy with things currently,
we still manage time for one another and I enjoy that the best. Talking to you is always the highlight of my day because no matter how I'm feeling,
I feel better talking to you about anything and everything. If you would have told me years ago I would be happy truly honest to goodness happy in a
relationship with someone, I would have probably laughed. But, I'm just as happy and crazy for you as I was that January first four years ago.
I'm happy that you've chosen to stick around me. I guess what I'm trying to say is Happy Anniversary to the greatest guy I could ever ask for.
