A long time ago Blackout had wings, before humans captured him. Wanting to tame him, but Blackout was to stubborn to be tamed. So as punishment the humans cut his wings off. After that he somehow escaped. Being he didn't have wings anymore he couldn't fly, which also ment that he could hunt properly. A couple of days passed and Blackout was very week and wounded.

One day Neon Plasma, an amazon dragon, was flying over and sow the wounded Blackout on the forest floor. Neon helped Blackout heal up, and get better. They've been together ever since, and since they've been together for so long they ended up calling each other brothers.
