Since my 2000 Blazer is riddled with a laundry list of repairs (fuel pump, tranny/transfer case leak, exhaust, door pins, power locks, window motor, wheel bearing, brakes, and a few others little things...it's served me well for 9 years but it's time to get something new!

Drove home with this today....it's a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox :D

It's a 4cyl and it gets about 30-35mpg highway!

First order of business will be to get rid of the stock halogen headlights for something a bit brighter :)
Second order of business will be taking my stereo out of the Blazer and putting it into the Equinox.

There's a few things I want to do to the Equinox, but for the most part I'm keeping it stock....and going to baby this one and keep it shiny clean at all times :

It's got two little dings that I'll have fixed in the spring but for now....I'm really happy with it :)

Now to figure out what to do with the Blazer...ill probably end up stripping it of what I can sell then selling the whole truck for parts on Craigslist. If nobody buys then it's off to the scrapyard.
