Anatomy is...well... out of whack. The eyes should be 1/2 way through the head, and they shouldn't take up the cheeks... And I am sure my shoulders don't look like that; they should be flat like a line. Look at yourself in a mirror, take a picture or use reference pictures while drawing. It' helps! :D
