-Diomare, a large horse-like creatures of Grimm

Appearance: Like other Grimms they have short black fur, bony plating around their joints and a large red horn on their foreheads. Their manes and tails appear like semi-translucent red fire but have no heat or light properties. This could possibly be a form of vapour Grimms expel but further research is needed. Rib like plates wrap partially around their necks and back, forming a sort of exoskeleton spine. These creatures poses four eyes, possibly a common trait among herbivorous based Grimm. Their masks are very similar to natural horse skulls, older Diomare's masks tend to crack along their eyes. Bony hooks are present along their knees and hooves. They are similar in height to an upright Ursa at the head, but their horns grow up to three or five feet.

Abilities & Powers: Diomares use their hooves to kick and stomp as a main attack or impale enemies with their strong horns. Their teeth are meant for crushing, leaving bones broken or common weapons destroyed. Diomares are the fastest creatures of Grimm on land discovered.

Name: from the Eighth Labour of Hercules, the Mares of Diomedes. Wild, carnivorous horses who expelled fire.
