Peatra is the manager and waitress of Flora Diner. Having a deep trust for Citrus, she hired the yoshi right on the spot. Peatra was married to Toaroso, with two kids. Now divorced, she does her best to provide for her family while living with her daughter in a small town home. When she gets the chance, Peatra helps to train Citrus, teaching her a few moves. She does her best to control her temper, but often lashes out on others. She's sometimes seen with Jojo, roughing up with others, even starting fights. Because of this, Jojo has picked up her smoking habits from the plessie.
