Whatever Nay-sayers and Politicians seem to think is the norm, I guess.
People seem heavily fixated on "Happy Holidays" more than "Merry Christmas", since it's the most "Gender-Ambiguous" of expressions to use on Holidays; no possibility of "offending" people of other religions or different doctrines or even right-winged discriminatory types who just can't stand anything with the word "Christ" in it.
Equality equals Consideration for Others equals Tolerance.
