You seem to have the same issue I do - starting with 1 thing and going off of that - annnnnnnnnd then running out of paper... I haven't found a fix for this yet - except restarting OR getting another piece of paper and taping the backs of them together so they can fold together for easy storage (that works incredibly well btw). This is coming along quite nicely if I do say so myself! I think they'll be VERY pleased when it's done ^.^
Hahahahaha... yes, exactly! >< What's worse then this... is that I'm thinking of moving away from Stretched Canvas to something cheaper and easily available in larger amounts. This way I don't have to cringe when wanting to paint. Thus far... I'm looking at a really thick paper.
Hrm. I don't think I can be a help there - BUT I do indeed have an idea (it may be stupid idk). I don't paint - only ever did a few times as I have mentioned before (never on canvas though), but I had (what I call) success with drawing on.... get this, white cardboard! it has some sort of half-ass finish to it, so it doesn't just soak in and smear - and it is still sturdy as long as you have it on something while you paint (even like a 2x4). Like I mentioned though, I do not paint lol, I do know that cardboard in excess is anywhere from Free to cheap, and when there's paint on it afterwords, throw a real cheap frame around the edges and nobody will ever be the wiser!
Just an idea xD I could see it working, but I think it'd be worth a shot! Free and cheap sound better, and less cringe-worthy!

Ohh this is such a fun piece, I love how it's coming along! The pose and expression are great so far.. thanks for doing such a wonderful job!
I get how it is with drawing backs, they're difficult enough without the unique twist motions.. but you're doing such a great job on your anatomy!

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I was a bit worried you wouldn't like the direction I took from the original piece I did for you. As I mentioned in my notes to you, I thought it best to start over seeing I've been improving my art skills with feral anatomy.
That said, I'm happy that your pleased with her.
