Character (can be any species) will have this cape on, with a droopy hat on her cape and little stars, moons, and beads hanging from her dress and tip of her hat.
You will receive the full high-res file (500dpi) and resized file for uploading online.
No approval stages, will ask you to verify markings are correct for your character though.
Payment is needed once I send an invoice.
