This is rommel's grandfather, his name is Rudolph Shabb Dederich. He is the one who exposed and started rommel down the path of Mad Science, which they have a closed bond with each other as both love discussing their results and experiments with each other. His face is really cut up, I wanted to make it like his face is mainly dense scar tissue. The idea is that he is a war veteran that suffered a majority of this deep facial scars on the battlefield during the conflict, the other are a result of laboratory accidents/mishaps. The reason for the moniker title "The Architect of Flesh" is due to his particular field of mad science, he likes to cross technology and flesh to create horrors that serve as the nation's equivalent of tanks or armoured cars which eerie and often disturbing results. Essentially undead robots composed of dead flesh of soldiers and animals, along with technology to augment their abilities and efficiency, along with latent "surprises" hidden within them. I am quite proud of how its turned out, the problem for me the most is was the face and especially how to draw the scars across his face. As for the horns I wanted them to be higher and almost like the deep backwards and then outward, to give a unique look to him. If this keeps up, I might just have to write this out as a species hehe. xD
