• Leave out extra batch of cookies and milk for Santa. He has a long way to go and needs to keep his strength up
• Sent out Christmas cards to friends and family
• Purchase industrial tank and pump full of cookies and milk for santa. After all, he's done so much for kids all over the world and deserves at least a cookie for all the tens of millions of children he has inspired. And like, a tonne of milk. Maybe two tonnes. We'll see if he's still hungry after the cookies.
• If santa resists, employ sexy elf to help restrain him.
• And don't forget a carrot for Rudolph and the reindeer.

Yup, looks like everything's accounted for.
