Drew this because I had an idea. Scrafty are based off of the stereotypical street thug style, more so the American stereotype. Since Scrafty first appeared in a region that was made to specifically mimic the New York area of America it shows that these creatures are incredibly social and adapt to whatever environment they're in. So, what if this meant they would be different depending on what region they were found? Since Game Freak has become obsessed with just adding different "formes" or looks to existing Pokémon I don't think it's out of the imagination to think of such a thing.

So, take another region that is quite literally named after a real area of Japan, Kanto. As Japan itself has a very different, distinct look for stereotypical thugs, would a Scrafty adapt to that look and persona? So I drew this, thinking about it. To be honest, not to toot my own horn I think that makes a lot of sense... to much even. Sadly this... looked better in my head. I dunno, doesn't seem too distinct but ehh more Scrafty!
