my cat au sherlock & john are based on real cats
the sherlock is based on nine, my lottie's sister (rip lil bud) who was frankly the weirdest cat ive ever seen, half oriental, half tabby, all awkwardness .. she was some kind of black tabby with some kind of siamese-ish points + a deep ginger chest
the john is based on a cat that mooches round the garden / house and winds lottie up or tries to she doesnt care, softest little ginger tabby, he doesnt quite know how to cat. like we taught him how to play with long grass. bless his lil heart he's got a permanently broken tail as well
