Fattyfly Adoptable (Water Elemental)
An adoptable I had been eyeing out from  karijn for a LONG time. Might make this into a suit eventually >w<. I would think of her kinda as a cute little pudgy raccoon who's innocent and sweet, but will totally innocently and sweetly steal your food if you aren't looking XD~!

Size: 3'-5" (About the size of a pudgy raccoon)
Description: Fatties are round, pudgy dragons with an elemental affinity, revealed most often by the wings hovering around their neck. Their powers are mainly concentrated in their eyes and at each fingertip, and they all glow the same colour. They're very friendly and will often interact with humans, especially if there's food to be obtained. They'd try to sneak some extra out of fridges and pots but their magical glow is transferable, so it's kind of hard to deny you stole something when the crime scene is full of your paw prints. All fatties can sort of 'hover' jump, but only wind/sky elementals are able to actually fly.
