By the looks of things, even if she isn't of the high class in this image, she's insulting Rust, (and even Coal), for being homeless and poor which they themselves can't help.
Heck, considering this image and the title I'm being reminded of Disney's Aladdin and the bit Al sings once he's home. *clears throat*

Omg rofl fhis still says she needs a name. Took me ages to figure out what you meant...she has a name..and has become my ponysona since. Her name is sapphire or saphy for short.
The city never needed a name. Its always been pintosburg. Thats also not at all the story and she would never eve hit them a hoof on the chest isnt nesicarily hitting its poking
