We collaborated a bit on the idea, he wanted something of Manny that had a "fun" feel to it, what's more fun than showing off your electric powers to your friend by acting like a lightening rod?

Electric Pokémon are weird I swear, always sticking their fingers in sockets and licking batteries for a laugh while everyone else is getting on their rubber gloves and backing away slowly - that shit stings us non-electric types!
