THis little sketch have I made as I was really in the mood to draw Roscoe, from the movie "Oliver and Company", again. I really love it to draw him, and DeSoto as big fat hogs but its not ever really easy. I had a bunch of fun with it, but somehow I lost the idea why he was angry in the pic and so I didn't know, how i should continued with it.
