Unfortunately given Shreds history in comics when it comes to his style of dealing with troublesome customers they had to be retrained at great expense to avoid four mountains worth of lawsuits XD.I confess given how he acts I always assumed Shred was just a random patron who happened to like to crack the heads of jerks ^^.
