A bit yes, but sometimes it gets so frustrating that you really want to scream al choke someone. Mainly because everyone expects you to just accept what they force you to do and then act all surprised when you get fed up and from time to time say no. (And then you kind of get socially pushed aside because you're not that compliant anymore... But you're still expected to keep up with the usual grueling shifts.)
