This was taken in Menai Bridge in North Wales UK. The bridge its self was built by Thomas Telford and spans the Manai Strait connecting Bangor (on main land Wales) and Menai Bridge town (Isle of Angelsy)
I was stood on some very very slippery seaweed covered rocks to take this shot. Climbing over rocks in the dark is not the most brilliant idea I've had.
