That's an interesting question I'm not sure if I even know the correct answer.
I'm pretty sure I would draw thing like this even if I didn't upload it anywhere, because I did that before. For at least a month I drew things with nobody looking at any of it. So the point in drawing it would be for me to have fun.
If you ask why I upload drawing, then it probably is to showing off my skills. I started uploading my drawings after a friend asked me what I was doing, I showed him what I was drawing and he said I should upload it, because people might be interested to see it. I don't think I have any other reason why I upload things currently.
And lastly, if you ask why I drew this specifically, it's because the last thing I drew was a confused look and I wanted to draw me itching my ear on that. In the end I left the ear itching out on that one and picked the idea back up on again on a separate drawing. So I drew it because I thought it would be fun to draw.

I was more curious why making it a daily thing? Art like this looks like it takes a ton of time out of your schedule.

Oh, yeah, it's about 2 hours each. I didn't plan on making it a daily thing either, just happened. I used to do more doodles, but lately i just happened to spend more time on each drawing. I should also mention that have that thing going on tumblr with a queue where I put every thing I draw in, even the doodles. And I managed to post something every day for a few months now, so that keeps me motivated to keep doodling.
