Apologies for the digital camera pic, but my scanner's not with me at the moment and I simply couldn't wait to post something =P
I haven't drawn anything seriously in too long (the PCA Winter Festival pic was more of on a whim, though it did turn out nicer than I expected), so to flex my drawing muscles for 2009, I got inspired to redesign Rix "Silver" Maverik's ShockSuit. The old skin-tight outfit with loose cloak combination seemed too simplistic and I was having a hard time nailing his figure with that thing billowing everywhere, so I decided to liven it up a bit. Taking some design cues from The Force Unleashed, I came up with a new design that kept the traditional Thin Armor wrapped in a secondary cloak to expand the suit's protection. The extra layer is always interactive with its wearer, and in Rix's case it helps him store and discharge his lightning better without restricting movement. As always, the friction-proof material rarely, if ever, gets caught on things and can be quickly released if need-be. The cape also helps to shield his back, which is where his wings would be rooted (yes, Rix is among the rare few Sages who have wings).
I've also redesigned the R-Force's insignia, which you might have a tiny glimpse at on his chest. For years the dragon was their symbol, but I began to realize that in the story's mythology, dragons were actually used as living tanks to fight AGAINST Sages in the old days. Having noted that, I opted instead for a Pegasus, the winged horse that, according to Shepheri legend, would be the bastion that a new breed of Sages would rally behind.

Posted and tweaked while listening to Rob Dougan's "I'm Not Driving Anymore" (the instrumental version; it's the song that plays in the main menu for The Matrix Reloaded). It fits, oddly enough =P
