Collar Factory is a really good site. I was a bit wary since there isnt any way to really track your order until they finish and ship it, but I have several friends who ordered from them and say they are good.
They have plenty of options and my collar was in the 35$ range with one strap, inner lining, and ornaments on the outside. :)
