I looked out the window as my alarm started to go off. I frowned a little knowing it was time for me to head to work. As I sat up from my position on his bed, I felt his weight shift along with me. It was a matter of seconds before I felt his gentle hands at my waist and his muzzle against my neck.
“Stay.” He requested drowsily clinging to me.
“I can’t, time for me to go to work.” I smiled back at him affectionately.
Just something warm and cuddly. Steph is the lion and Cameron is the poodle mix. Just two of my less drawn characters.

I have no clue why it is that every time I sit down to reply to your amazing comments, I spend an extra 2 weeks not replying and then questioning whether it is or is not too late to do so. That being said, I'm really glad you like these two and see their personalities and roles in their relationship.
*chuckles* I imagine that has a lot to do with your head (and thus schedule) being filled with so many amazing ideas for characters and stories.
I'm fortunate to have seen a little more details behind these two than others here, but even not seeing the story behind it, the meaning is SO very clear with this image. :)
