i like a lot her expression in the first panel too , her calculating stare is quite intimidating
i love how the gaping maw looks like ............though .... I'm not so sure about the rest of thats scene
( i would have drawn or at least implied that the rest of the face was there and ,maybe make the doctor bit smaller to make mouth look more intimidating ... but thats just me ... the maw still looks amazingly )
