I like this villain from Sonic the Hedgehog comics from Archie. Nice big round elegant belly, always wearing an impeccable white or beige blazer suit.
Ah, not to mention, he's got a Chaos emerald stuck in his chest, which gives him inmortality and powerful magic powers.
After the Ken Penders (former Sonic the Hedgehog writer) lawsuit... guess he wouldn't be seen again (after the Super Genesis Wave)
This drawing was made on a giant Cattex 32 balloon, using as reference the head design of Matt Herms and the body of the former numbers of the comic

Thanks Pachyman, I like this character a lot, he looks pretty cool being wide but well dressed, and his magic powers are great!

He only appears on Sonic the Hedgehog by Archie Comics, and before the "super Genesis Wave", a "reboot" that was done to do a great redesign of the whole comic, sadly because a former writer, Ken Penders, won a lawsuit against Sega and Archie, and now Archie can't use characters created by Penders, Mammoth Mogul included... that's so sad
Uhm, I don't remeber that character on Project Geeker, going to look for him.
I hope to draw also on a balloon mr Elephant, I like a lot the fan art you did
