Sadly, I don't have Tria refills, nor do I know of a supplier, other than by-chance on eBay. :/ I bought a full marker set off a friend a few years back, but I use them pretty sparingly (mostly for cons/badges) because I know that when many of those colors are gone, they're GONE.
But I love Trias too, and I DO have something like 400 of the pen bodies (300 from the set, plus 100 old ones in various stages from semi-dry to completely dead). I haven't done it yet, but I want to try filling them with Copic refill ink! Both have similar alcohol-based ink types, I can't see why this wouldn't work... and colors obviously won't be EXACT, but it's the Tria pen tips and how they handle that I love the most!
