Ahaha yes thats where my bg inspiration came from! A while back when I was messing around with this style someone suggested Samurai Jack for BGS, so i went and rewatched a couple of episodes and got some inspiration from there. The trees are really fun to do! Its just challenging to try and make things look like they have depths as its a rather flat style XD
