It turned out wonderful, Dolphpup! I especially love the way you gave the liquid rubber or latex that extra shine in the end. It is like reflecting the light like an obsidian-like mirror and even that it's a liquid it gives away that feel of being thick and heavy. In any way, the shines and shades are really beautiful details in this fun artwork.
Fun indeed! Just look at that playful Shiny! Me lil Dile looks like having such a blast there, absolutely not minding the wet and messy stuff, wanting more and more to pour down on him. Really, I wonder what a continuation would look like? If you ever enjoy drawing one I'd be totodily in for that, haha. <X3
Again for the happy Totodude, what is unique and came out very nice also are the dotted shines you added on him to give away his turquoise scales. They remind me a little of freckles and look sweet here. The pose you chose also looks very energetic and playful, fitting greatly with lil Shiny. Not to forget, his laughing expression is adorable and gives me a smile right away each time I watch at this.
Besides the art quality let me praise you for your friendly communication. I had a great experience and feel lucky I stumbled over your work when looking for liquid rubber related artworks. That special about latex stuff was a happy occasion for me to ask you for a commission and as for others who might read my comment on this submission I can only highly recommend everybody to give Dolphpup a message and asking for a commission. I'm sure you won't regret it and love the personal art piece of your character the same as I do here.
