Can you please help me? Which airbrush colors do you use? I use Schmincke airbrush colors, but they are not ideal, they fade after some time :/

I just use acrylic paint!

To be honest, I used it too, and must say, it was quite okay. I just expected, that must exist something what will work better, but probably not :)Thank you anyway :)

wow i'm really glad you posted this. i have always wanted to know how to do it myself, and never would have guessed like that. awesome work probably better then anything i could have made.

i do wonder though is it true what people say about the airbrushing washing out after a while, or is it just their way of deterring people like myself from buying one? ultimately to buy something of theirs down the road? hope that makes since.

I guess you can't say it doesn't fade a little over time. and with wash with detergent. I've tried washing createx airbrush paint and it lightens a little in cold water wash with a small smidge of detergent. I haven't tried washing a full acrylic painted one yet! but all in all if the paint fades I'm happy to touch up!

huh that does answer allot. it just seems to be the time and place and if i had someone like you around that could fix it. who knows i might just have to get one like that someday just to try it who knows i might just love it if i tried it lol.

im good honestly just board it's 5:11 am and everything is closed except stores and almost everyone is asleep around here lol, so you have no idea how glad i am to have the internet to keep me entertained he he he.

actually took a while D: just because I had to go over a lot of areas over and over. strip paint off and go over again. just looking for that right coloration that made him look like a coyote. I was fighting through that third image state for a long time. trying to add in more white details. more black details then removing some stuff ugh

Oh, you use watered down acrylics instead of airbrush paints? I haven't done that yet but I keep wondering how much easier it'd be.

yep! I've even gotten it to work when the acrylics are at a slightly watered down state. depends on how new your airbrush is and if it has any clogs whatsoever Xb
