Oh I don't disagree with the subject matter. It's just an unusual choice and not one you see a lot of people doing. In fact I can only think of one other piece I have seen with similar subject matter. I applaud you for going for the unusual it produced a worthy result.

The game has long since been out. Its more about the inclusion of a certain feature in the latest DLC pack that I'm particularly proud of.
Its a relatively small change to a very big game...

Ohoho! I cannot say I hate this piece! To be honest I always thought Gungans with toes were rather cute! And deserving of some attention X3. Using Gungan Booma's to carry the current to the poor soldiers soles and between his toes? Footpaws you are an evil genius. Also if JarJar actually turns out to be a Sith mastermind I will laugh so hard XD. Really digging the poor Gungan troopers wiggling toes here, they look like the current arching between them is really driving the poor guy insane! He's either in a lot of pain (or knowing you) laughing so hard his sides are about to burst. You made use of an actual scene from the movie for a background also! Not a bad touch but I think I'd have liked to see the city in your style, the colors are rather bright and warm, a nice contrast to the unspeakable horror going on inside the room! <3

The tortured Gungan's knees look like they're bending at a weird angle to me but that might just be because it's hard to show a knee bending forward without making the leg seem shorter. JarJar's demented smile is gloriously emphasized here XD. That look in his eyes... I wouldn't want to run into him the way he's portrayed here. Overall I'd say I enjoy this piece, it earns a favorite from me and I hope my mild inputs were of some use! The shading on JarJar's pants feels a little funky though XD.*

(Pardon the Copypasta but I am unsure of how active you are on DA! XD)

Had to make some small compromises (like with the background) to get this out before the movies release. Wouldn't be as exciting if I knew for certain what Jar Jars roll is in all this and I wont be disappointed if this isn't the case because sometimes a fan theory can be more interesting then the real plot (worst case scenario, it will go in the scraps folder).

Thanks for taking the time to have a good look over this piece. Gungans are certainly an interesting bunch to draw I must say.

You are more than welcome Footpaws. Any piece you submit deserves scrutiny, critique and (where deserved naturally) praise XD. Not rabid fanboyism, I half-expect you to bust you to bust out a flamethrower if I did XD. And yes they are surprisingly, with a bit of effort you can make them quite attractive, whether from nice toes and soles or strong bodies, Gungans could've been a very interesting addition if they hadn't sort of mucked it up with JarJar's initial behavior <.< also no worries about the background, it's an acceptable compromise I think! Oh, I will be posting an art piece I just recently received and when you see it I'd love your critique, not tickling sadly but it took like 4 months to do XD.

I can't tell if it's supposed to be tickling him, hurting him, or if there's even a difference at this stage :P eithar way, this is redeeming Jar Jar and Gungans in general for me.

I was happy enough with the theory to go along with it and in a few days we will see if Disney has the balls to go for a twist like this too.

I cant tell what effect its having on this unfortunate Gungan but I don't think Binks quite has his powers down to do some real damage just yet.

Maybe a bit of both, really.

Also, damn you for making Jar Jar attractive :P it's not like you even altered his body, just that almost-lecherous look and sinister stare has attracted me. Damn you XD

Ive always quite liked his design but as the most hated character in one of the biggest franchises on earth, its almost taboo to speak his name.
