U asked for proportion requests, so I'll try to be useful or something o.o,
If you're going for more human-u body proportions, I'd ass some length to legs, imagine urself sitting on the floor and bending over your feet, your head touches somewhere around your knees and hands touch toes. Therefore feet should be about same length as the rest of the body.
But if you're going for more animal-like appearance, then I'm not sure, because I need lotsa practice on feral-look myself :D
