Not sure if you're trying to be funny. The US has been accepting asylum cases, refugee, and other visa type applications from multiple "Arabian" countries for years. If you're speaking of the current refugee crisis, the US and Canada have been accepting refugees at a pretty ongoing rate, with the Syrian crisis causing political blowhards to come out of the wood works.
