Same goes for using your eye to make a smile, Zero 2 did it first. Man Magolor, you're a little late to the party with those tricks. =P
This one gave me some issues, I had done Magolor and Magolor crowned, but I realized they were too big. Magolor crowned was screen filling and it was just too much.
So I made them 75% smaller and redid them basically. But Magolor Soul, I made big and screen filling on purpose. Plus I like how each form gets bigger and bigger.

I know, that Magolor Soul sprite is a sizable one, but still fits in the Undertale window.
I'd have to see said attacks again to say anything on that. Since his sprite is X2 for the window, he could half his size so he doesn't take up as much space.

He uses some Ultra Swords, a Grand Hammer, and also an ice attack as I recall. I could possibly see the swords working, but also remembering some attacks don't even need the boss to be on-screen personally.
Yeah, he did that as an act of apology.
To have more of Sectonia as an ally would be wonderful, it seems really doubtful though.
