Ogod, I did a thing...
Okay so be nice. I am still learning. I know there's flaws but overall, I love the body shape. I need work on hands, eyes, and shading... also coloring. The lines are a bit harsh for my liking, but I haven't found brush settings that I like yet.
Skye doing what she does best, dancing. She never smiles. She's really quite happy but no one needs to know that.
Skye is mine. Art is mine.

By the colored lines, I would mean to use a very close-to-black version of the surrounding color. Like for example... for the line around Skye's hands, maybe a darkish brown version of her skin color?
I personally re-do stuff in digital after I draw it on paper, so maybe my method is different than yours? ^^;
Sorry if this is confusing, too! My brain is mush right now.

Bwahaha, don't be sorry!
Well, that largely depends on what art program you are using?
I always end up redoing the lines on stuff I scan because I like to be sure the anatomy and stuff is correct. (It also gets rid of the nastiness when it's time to color, lol.)
What is your current order of doing things? . v .

If I don't draw on paper, I do a rough sketch in airbrushed and then I refine the lines on a new layer, then I lay down colors. I skip the airbrush part if I go paper first. I use Sai for my work. I'm a mess! Haha I'm really quite new at digital. I can draw on paper pretty well.
Hmm, I found that drawing sketches on paper really helps me actually finish stuff, lol.
It's okay to be a mess, you just have to organize a little. <:
I also use Sai! I generally make a layer just for doing new lineart on, which goes over the stuff drawn on paper. (While dimming the pencil layer to be able to see, of course!)
