Now, whoever could this be?

Also, I drew this gent last Tuesday, and only had my phone's screen available for refs at the time. I feel that the head came out great, but the body terrible. There is just something about it that seems very off to me. Maybe It's because I didn't use a ref at first for it, or maybe because it goes off the page and I had less room to work with, or perhaps because the head wasn't originally part of that body to begin with? I don't know at all. Odd thing though, this picture took hardly any time at all to do, despite the measuring and a second attempt after realizing I got the skull all wrong.
